Refund policy
At Omson.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the conditions listed below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The product has all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, personal grooming products (such as trimmers, shavers, and hair removal devices) are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used, unless found defective upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened grooming products.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.

Products purchased on sale or under special promotions, unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team at support@omson.pkย or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).

Once approved, our team will guide you on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days through your original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will send you a replacement free of cost after verification.
